Aeriell Armas is a Latina speaker and academic content creator who recently graduated with a PhD in clinical psychology. In response to a lack of representation in higher education, Aeriell created Grad Life Grind back in 2019 to help other first-generation students from historically marginalized backgrounds apply to and succeed in graduate school.
